You say ‘tomayto’…

Yes! We have locally-grown tomatoes at this Saturday’s Bergen Farmers’ Market. Plus just about all you can imagine of other vegetables: broccoli, beans, beets, carrots, kale, lettuce, swiss chard, garlic, potatoes … we could go on!

And then there’s the organic BC fruit: peaches, nectarines, all kinds of plums. All as fresh and juicy as they should be.

Looking for preserves, salsa and sauces, granola bars? How about Bergen-raised grass-fed beef, jerky and smokies? Local mushrooms? Cinnamon buns, croissants, bagels and all kinds of artisan bread? Pie by the whole or by the slice?

Jewelry and other fine crafts? Pet food? And don’t forget the live music!

BTW, the road from Highway 22 to the Market is under reconstruction. If that’s your route, “expect delays” as they say, drive carefully, and give yourself an extra 10-15 minutes to get to us.

See you at the Market? Bergen Hall, Saturdays until September 12, 10am-1pm.
